Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Clinicast you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that clinic.

2. The service

Clinicast is an AI-assisted platform that generates, edits, and publishes short-form marketing videos for aesthetic-medicine physicians. Output is assistive, not a substitute for professional medical or legal review.

3. Payments and seller of record

Who sells you the subscription depends on where you buy it.

• In the mobile app — subscriptions and credit packs bought inside the iOS or Android app are sold by Apple or Google as the seller of record, and are also governed by that store's own terms (Apple Media Services Terms; Google Play Terms of Service). Manage or cancel them from your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions — we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf, and cancelling inside Clinicast does not cancel it.
• On the web — checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the Merchant of Record for those purchases, appear on your statement, and collect any applicable tax.

Prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout. Prices in the mobile app are set per storefront by Apple and Google and shown in your local currency.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of scripts, videos, and other content you upload or generate. You grant Clinicast a non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content and that it does not contain patient identifiers — Clinicast does not permit PHI or patient PII.

5. Subprocessors and third-party processing

To deliver the service we use third-party providers, including AI model providers, cloud hosting and storage, and media-processing services. Your content is shared with them only to the extent needed to provide the service. We use these providers under their business or enterprise terms, under which content submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We maintain a current list of our subprocessors at clinicast.ai/subprocessors and keep it updated as our providers change.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, hate speech, or content violating platform policies.
• No misleading medical claims. You are responsible for the accuracy of any clinical statements in your videos.
• No patient data. Ever.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing API quotas.

7. Subscriptions, credits, and cancellation

Plans are sold on a monthly or annual billing cycle, and both renew automatically until cancelled. A monthly plan is charged every month; an annual plan is charged once for the year, at a rate equal to ten months of that plan's monthly price.

Credits are granted monthly on both cycles. An annual plan does not deliver a year of credits up front — each monthly period grants that plan's allowance of video credits and experience credits. Each grant replaces the previous period's balance, so unused credits do not carry over.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the store charges the renewal within the 24 hours before that point; cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

9. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinicast disclaims all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
