How to delete your data

Clinicast lets aesthetic-medicine physicians connect their own social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to publish videos. You can remove the data we hold for your account at any time using either method below.

Option 1 — disconnect a social account

Sign in to Clinicast, go to My Clinic → Socials, and click Disconnect next to the connected platform. This immediately deletes the access tokens and any cached profile or audience data we stored for that platform. The disconnection also revokes Clinicast's access to your social account.

Option 2 — request full account deletion

To delete your entire Clinicast account and all associated data, email privacy@clinicast.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will permanently delete your account, your connected-account tokens, generated scripts and videos, and any analytics we hold within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

What we delete

Social access and refresh tokens, cached profile name and avatar, cached follower and video-count statistics, per-video analytics, generated scripts and rendered videos, and your clinic profile. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax and billing records), as described in our Privacy Policy.
