Clinicast is built for clinic professionals. Please don't send patient names, photos, or medical records — we don't collect patient information and can't store it.

What to include

• The email address on your Clinicast account
• Your clinic or business name
• What you were doing, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

Managing your subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store, your subscription is billed by Apple and cancelled from your Apple account: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, you can cancel from Settings → Plan inside Clinicast.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, without contacting us: You → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. A subscription billed by an app store belongs to your store account and is not cancelled by deleting your Clinicast account — cancel it in your store's subscription settings so it does not renew.
